Welcome! You have taken the first courageous steps towards liberating your life. I am a California native, and Licensed as a Social Worker in California and Oregon. I am also co-founder of MOCHA Therapy. I obtained my Master of Social Work from California State University, East Bay in 2011 and was awarded the opportunity to work with some of the most culturally diverse people in the Bay Area.
I believe in empowering clients so they can live their best lives which includes, developing nurturing and healthy relationships, self-awareness, confidence, and purpose. My therapeutic style is based on a holistic and client-centered approach. My clinical expertise includes the treatment of depression, anxiety, end-of-life, trauma, and the ‘isms (racism sexism, ageism, genderism, etc.).
Having a broad understanding of human relationships and the need for a safe space for healing is my mission. I am honored that you are considering working with me.
